start@work in the regions of Bern, Jura and Solothurn is a programme to lead young people to an apprenticeship of Specialist Operating Maintenance (m/f). HEKS and the Reformed Churches of Bern-Jura-Solothurn have formed a partnership wherein church communities offer said apprenticeships and HEKS KICK Motivational Semester overseas the practical as well as the theoretical part of the 3-year learning process, thus relieving the church communities of the administration and the planning of the apprenticeship.
